One of the next pillars of our business activity is the distribution of metallurgical products in a very wide range of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium grades, to a diverse range of customers both domestically and abroad.
We supply sheets cut from coils, as well as thick plates in thicknesses from 2mm up to 250mm, in standard formats: 1000×2000 [mm], 1250×2500 [mm], 1500×3000 [mm], 2000×6000 [mm], 2500×6000 [mm], 3000×6000 [mm] or formats cut from standard commercial dimensions upon customer request.
We also supply flame-cut parts to customer specifications, according to the Ordering Party's technical drawings. At the customer's request, we can perform additional steel processing services: cutting, turning, milling, boring, drilling, and bevelling. Furthermore, we provide surface treatment services for sheets or finished, machined parts, such as shot blasting and painting.
On all offered metal sheets or cut elements, we can offer additional services provided by authorised and qualified third parties, including: we carry out from start to finish:
- acceptance according to German Railways AG requirements, so-called DBS 918002-01, and DBS 918002-02
- Impact testing according to EN 10045
- SEP 1390 bending tests, bend tests
- Tests for narrowing Z15, Z25, Z35 according to EN 10164
- Ultrasonic testing in all quality classes for steel and aluminium products
