Boiler plates according to EN 10028-2

Boiler Plates according to EN 10028-2

Boiler plates are high-quality materials designed for use at elevated temperatures and under high pressure. They are primarily used in the power, chemical, and petrochemical industries for the production of steam boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other equipment operating in demanding conditions.

Our offering includes boiler plates conforming to the standard EN 10028-2, which are characterised by excellent resistance to high temperatures and outstanding mechanical properties. The offered steel grades meet stringent quality requirements, ensuring the safety and durability of pressure vessels.

Boiler plates conforming to EN 10028-2 – high strength parameters

Thickness Range

We supply boiler plates in a wide range of thicknesses, allowing for their versatile use in various types of installations:

  • 8 – 150 mm

Types of Boiler Plate

Our offer includes proven boiler steel grades adapted to various load levels and operating temperatures:

  • P355GH A grade of boiler steel with high resistance to high temperatures, used in boilers and pressure vessels. It offers good weldability and strength for long-term exposure to high temperatures.
  • 16Mo3 – Alloy steel containing molybdenum, which increases its resistance to creep and high temperatures. Commonly used in the energy and chemical industries.
  • 13CrMo4-5 – Steel with increased resistance to high temperature and pressure, used in installations operating in extreme thermal conditions, e.g. in power plants.
  • P355 NH/NL1/NL2 Steel grades for pressure vessels operating in various temperature conditions, with good weldability and high crack resistance.
  • P460 NH/NL1/NL2 High-strength boiler steel used in constructions requiring exceptional resistance to high pressure and temperature.

Boiler Plate Applications

Boiler plates play a crucial role in many industrial sectors, ensuring the reliability of pressure and thermal constructions. They are used in:

In steam and water boilers – for the production of components resistant to high temperature and pressure
Pressure vessels – in the chemical, refining, and food industries
Heat exchangers – elements responsible for efficient heat transfer in heating and industrial systems
Steam pipes and heating systems – in power engineering and high-pressure steam transmission systems

Why Choose Our Boiler Plates?

High-temperature resistance – ideal for use in boilers and pressure vessels
Excellent quality and compliance with EN 10028-2 standards – guarantee of the safety and durability of the structure
